Super Search Suggestion: selecting media

Instead of only being able to choose one kind of media in Super Search, why not format it as boxes that can be checked? I don't want just .avi or just .mpg... I just don't want any .rm, .mov, or .wmv.

It's unfairly biased against people who use uncomon codecs, esspecialy in the case of wmv which is considered a "n00b" codec. You can see what codec's used in the video's info page anyway, its not much trouble.

Yeah, but when I'm running searches, I don't want to have to go to each link to find out.

Just an option to filter out rm and mov files would work, or even just .rm. I'm willing to compromise on .wmv

Are .rm files really that much of a problem? I honestly haven't seen an rm file on the local server since like... ever O_o

I've seen a few. If they're a problem, you could always download real alternative, and just play them on media player or what have you.
