Premiere Exporting Problem (Not crashing though)

Post by lostuchiha » Wed Oct 12, 2005 10:17 pm

My video is around 4 minutes 26 seconds. I figure it may be too big to export all at once so I broke it up. However, in one part the render screen while exporting will stop on a frame (160 of 1650) or something, but the estimated time will continue to go down to zero and just stay there and the video will not work in players. It doesnt matter if I export the whole thing or 30 seconds. It happens in two different parts of my video. At first I thought there was something wrong with the frame itself but the amv exports fine when using adobe media encoder or even burning it straight to dvd or printing it to mini dv. The Adobe Mpeg2 quality really gets on my nerves and I would really like to export as avi, has anyone else even had this problem? Thanks.

Have you tried checking "Optimize stills" (yes, I AM contradicting EADFAG, because when I had this problem, that's what usually worked to fix it)?

Actually I did do that but it didn't work, so I just exported it uncompressed and it came out okay. I guess it was a Huffyyuv problem, I don't know. Thanks for help :) .
