Under-appreciated anime characters

One anime character I think is VERY under appreciated is Jun Aoi from Nadesico:

Samurai Shamploo and its characters don't get much play. Sucks too cuz that show kicks arse.

I think I'm probably one of the few people in the world that DIDN'T hate Corkus in Berserk (he's an ass, yes, but it's not like it's without reason.)

I hated Corkus, sorry. I love Berserk though, not sure if people like the show as much as I do.

Jan Valentine from Hellsing doesn't get enough attention in my opinion. I can't see why since he has to be the biggest cusser and biggest idiot in any anime.

Agreed. He'sa complex character and definetly deserved to be delved deeper into in the anime.
