Good Sig?

I've just finished making my first sig, and would like some feedback as to how I can improve it.

As nice as it is (a bit... jaggy though in places), it is exactly 155 pixels too high for the forum's rules. Reduce please.

Yea I had a pretty awsome sig too. But it was way too big.
And that one is way too big too.

1. Don't use Naruto
2. If you are going to use Naruto, --> less emo
3. Reduce the amount of black, should not be more than 25%
4. Provide Source/link to source (if not your creation)
5. etc.
