I don't know why you're asking, but it looks good except for the banding on her face and on the wall on the left.

And is that dot crawl where her hair meets the wall? I can't really tell for sure.

Uh... No wonder there's banding when it's an 8 bit GIF. The supposed dot crawl is diffusion dither (which doesn't mean there's no actual dot crawl behind it).

Having a GIF as a sample to judge video quality by isn't exactly useful...
