This band punches all the right buttons, and damn hard, but that does not always guarantee that your true black metal band is going to be able to gain any traction. There isn't much on this demo that anyone who actually acquires it will not have heard several dozen times before, and the execution level isn't quite high enough to really set it apart. It's still good true black metal, but that's pretty much all it is.


I would be extremely surprised to discover that more than one additional person on this board has even heard of this band. If this is the case, the discussion is closed, because we've got one for 'great', one for 'mediocre', and given my review backlog I have about zero interest in listening to anything of theirs that might move me off my point.
