Another Kenshin vs Shishio AMV
I have just finished my first AMV.
It is the Kenshin vs. Shishio battle from Rurouni Kenshin set to
Hans Zimmer - Red Warrior (from the OST of The Last Samurai).
The URL for it is http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... p?v=138549
Feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I agree with cornwiggle this is quite good for a first amv.
I like how you time things to movement not effects/cutting but your intro is too long maybe cut the song, visual quality needs work, and the bite where saito appears doesn't sync properly.
I'd like to see what else you can make in future

That was incredible for a first video. You showed real feeling for mood and it was a moving and interestingly executed piece. What I liked most about this video is that it worked solely on the chosen scenes, very little alteration of the images, but brilliant use of slow and fast motion to sync with the music and excellent scene selection.
Ofcourse there were a few scenes I didn't get or I thought fit less, but these would be few and it would be nitpicking to work them out here. Also the quality could be worked on.
Fantastic job, I hope you will be a worthy asset to the Dutch amv scene.
Ps
Je krijgt zeker een op van me en ik zal proberen deze video een beetje te pimpen. Hopelijk zien we meer en nog beter van je. Succes verder!

"Hello, Rabbit," he said, "is that you?"
"Let's pretend it's not," said Rabbit, "and see what happens."
