I know, but I need it but in layman's terms. I think that I'm being more specific about where I am in the process. Just tell me what you guys do when finished with work in virtualdub.
Thankyou again

So...ok, you have it all ready to upload to the .org, is that what you're saying? If so, read this.

Here are the steps I normally follow:

1. Rip/capture sources.
  1. Rip the song from the CD to my hard drive. Edit the song if necessary.
  2. Rip DVD(s) to my hard drive.
2. Prepare the video sources.
  1. Index the VOBs with DGIndex (creates .D2V and .AVS files).
  2. Load the .AVS file (AviSynth script) created by DGIndex into VirtualDubMod.
  3. Modify the AviSynth script to add de-interlacing or inverse telecine and other
    filters (pre-processing).
  4. Make Huffyuv or Lagarith .AVI clips to edit with.
3. Edit the video.

4. Export (or render) the finished video and audio.

5. Prepare the video for distribution.
  1. Post-process the video with an AviSynth script.
  2. Compress the video with XviD using VirtualDubMod. (option: H.264)
  3. Compress the audio to MP3 with BeSweet. (option: AAC)
  4. Join (mux) the video and audio in VirtualDubMod. (option: MP4Box)
6. Create video profile on A-M-V.org.

7. Upload the video (or not).

we can't help you much until you tell us where you are.
virtualdub is usually used at 2 different points in the process

the first time is when you encode your footage/make clips. this is the last step in footage prep.

the second time is to compress your finished amv so you can put it on this (or other) sites.

telling us that you're done with virtualdub without any more information doesn't help us much since the next step varies drastically in the two cases.
this is kinda like telling someone to take a pill, offering them a red one and a blue one. One of them will kill the person, but you don't say which one is deadly

why are you going into this blind - why did you waste your time playing around with vdub if you dont know what your going to do when you finished. You need to plan thngs out better so you dont waste your time.
