Problem with Elements

It's really weird. I use Adobe Premiere Elements 2.0 right now and for some reason, after I finish making a video and try and play it on any program it doesn't work properly. Video and sound break up and skip a lot.

Anyone have any ideas as to why that is?

File - Export - Settings - Video settings - Change your codec to something like Huffy and reconvert it to xvid or something with vdub... OR try to export with something like Mpeg.
