Titles creation

I'm looking for good softwares for title making.
something that could help me create original bumpers...
I know it doesn't depend only on the software, but a nice one may help...

so, what do you suggest?

If I'm not mistaken, most video editing programs have some way to create titles. I've been very pleased working with Sony Vegas Movie Studio recently, especially in creating rolling credits. But I'm not going to say it's the best.

You could also try a simple photo editor to make your titles as well, and just import the still image into your video. Good luck.

I do the video bumpers for the Sakura-Con contest in Photoshop
