Oki i think i found the brush strokes in riot gear for AE but im not sure how to make my brush image see through over a background can anyone help me =[

You mean keying?

Hell,... Seriously now. I would prepare better because RiotGear is advanced stuff and keying is one of the basic stuff. Not only for RG, but for effects in general.

RG always comes with video tutorials. Go to your "Tutorials" directory and click on the "01. Overview" directory. Double click index.htm.
He explains on how to use the presets with keying.

I don´t know if it´s the same at your version, but Riot Gear FX Lite Version (my version) it should be this way.
