Small Problem

Well, l was helping a friend do some encoding for his video and then he told me he use downloadable content. I got the image quality better then it was before but the hair on every character has like a fuzzy look and even those middle one by his eye. What is that? l've never seen this maybe because l use dvd footage ;/.

Any help?

I think you are talking about the artifacts from where it was deinterlaced.
