I need help idenitfying an anime

I don't know what it's called or what it's about, so this may be tough. I saw a clip of it here a long time ago. I remember the art style was similar to Kino's Journey and there was a lot of earth tones. In the clip, someone was lying in a cot, gritting their teeth in pain as angel wings came out of their back.

That's as much as I can remember. Could someone please help! It's driving me nuts. I looked everywhere!

This wouldn't be the same clip where the man runs up and tries to help the woman, only to have blood flung all over him by the wings protruding from her back, would it?
