vdubmod/avisynth problem

Some episodes I have do not run consistent when I open it with vdubmod/avisynth. The video and audio stutters. O originally thought it had to due with file types but some of the WMP9 files play fine while others do not. I am so confused. (I am just trying to play it with vdubmod)

wmv9 was more meant for a distribution codec than it was for an editing codec... virtualdub mod is having a hard time reading the codec...

you might have to input the frame rate into your script in order to get them to work correctly...

please post your script?
