Looking for song suggestions for ToraDora

So I want to do a ToraDora AMV. However, I've been searching for the right song for over three weeks now with no luck. I'm looking for an upbeat song for a romance/comedy video. For those of you who haven't seen the series here's a quick summary. Spoilers:

High school romance, starts off with main guy Ryuji bumping into the fiesty Taiga, known for her harsh attitude and toughness. She makes him her "dog" as he cleans, helps her try to get the attention of her crush and such through the first half of the series. Of course, after spending a lot of time together they fall in love and it ends with them finally getting together. There's a little love this person/no that person in the series, but overall I'm looking for a song that can convey Taiga's toughness and struggles with feelings of "owning" someone which she just falls in love with anyways. I originally thought along the lines of "Accidently in love", but the lyrics don't fit as well as I'd like. But afterall, they didn't mean to fall in love with each other, in the beginning they both were in love with other people (and were working together to get those people).

I recommend "Got Your Money" by Ol' Dirty Bastard featuring Kelis. Its got comedic and romantic aspects

Haha, ah yes, Toradora really gave me a headache searching for songs that would be appropriate for a romantic comedy AMV~

The Boy Least Likely To - My Tiger My Heart ~ it's a pretty slow, sweet song, again sung by a guy... but it's really perfect '____' It's not upbeat at all though... very sweet.
