I think Discreet has a Cleaner for Windows... I think it should handle quicktime well, because the Mac vesion has been able to handle every single DAMN media format I've thrown at it natively through good ol' drag'n'drop, and it's MPEG2 export is awesome. Yep, just checked, and the PC version does handle quicktime input fine. I highly reccomend this app because it handles batch encoding better than any thing else I've tried (And it has the ability to export files as you encode to FTP, damn cool). Not the quickest app, but it does the job right.
