Out of curiosity, why isn't FLAC accepted as an audio codec for Matroska? Especially since you're going more for quality over compression anyway.Audio formats
* Quicktime (LPCM, AAC, Apple Lossless)
* Windows Media (Any)
* AVI (LPCM, MP2, MP3, AAC, AC3, Vorbis)
* Matroska (LPCM, MP2, MP3, AAC, AC3, Vorbis)
* Mpeg 1, Mpeg 2, MP4, M4V, F4V (Any Mpeg Audio)
* OGA, OGG (Vorbis)
Considering you're accepting a lot of formats, might as well go all out and accept that one too (I'm assuming you'll be showing the video directly out of the pc and not re-encoding to mpeg-2, correct?).

The one who wrote this forgot to include it, but we do support it (the list will be fixed). We absolutely support open formats like FLAC audio.mirkosp wrote: Out of curiosity, why isn't FLAC accepted as an audio codec for Matroska? Yes, we will be showing the videos directly and they will not be re-encoded for the show (hence the need for quality over compression). However, the AMVs will be re-encoded for web streaming, but the originals are kept and offered for direct download.mirkosp wrote: (I'm assuming you'll be showing the video directly out of the pc and not re-encoding to mpeg-2, correct?).
