Hey, I made my first AMV like 1 month ago, I havent got much response for it so I thought I`d post it here.

Point 1: You don't promote your videos in this board, but in the Announcement one.
Point 2: To do so, you should enter your video into our catalogue. You don't have to upload it, but it's usually better. Also note, that you can't link to YouTube there, neither.
Point 3: YouTube has a word filter on it. Why, you can read under the link that appeared even now, when I used that word.

Your attempts to link your video are failing because the board has a word filter that replaces the domain name of the particular site you're linking to; if you put your video in the .org catalog (here's where to start adding the entry), you can put in the link to the video on that site as an indirect link, and then link to the video in the catalog here on the forum to get people to watch it.

Additionally, since you're registered now, you can also put the video on the site's local server if you'd like people to be able to download it once a catalog entry is created.
