Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
- Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
- Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
- When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
- Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Project Yahweh [Capo]
Please read the description. Everything one might need to know about it is in there.
Also, yes, this is my first (mini-)AMV.
If one does not wish to go through the process of downloading it, one can always watch it here on YouTube.

Re: Project Yahweh [Capo]
Review timez. =D
1) Lip flap can be easily masked out and make your video look more professional and well tuned. Especially in the beginning with the girl flapping away. =D
2) Slowing of speed at :15 was really noticable and kind of killed the flow you were going for.
3) At :17, you had a stray frame. Keeping it the same scene probably would have given it a better flow with what you were going for.
4) When you had those static pictures with the single strands of red? THAT was really artsy and nice. Kind of like the red strand of destiny thing, and I wish you'd gone for more of that effect in the actual moving video part. =D Because that was really noticeable and stood out in the video.
5) 1:06 - THIS is really well excecuted slow-mo. It wasn't too slow that it was painful to watch, but slow enough that we know it was done and effectively so.
6) I like the way you synced the video. The fades to black was well executed and had a great feel with the melencholy atmosphere. Same with the coloring, although I wished you'd done more like I described in 4.
7) Ef is ef is ef is ef. Conceptually, it wasn't anything new that somebody hasn't seen before And ef is especially overused around here, so I've seen everthing done with it. So conceptually speaking, it hurt, but the small artistic things in here really did it a small bit of justice.
I hate giving number scores, but this is a perfect example of 3.5/5. Above average, just brushing along a 4, but not quite there becuase of a few editing faux pas here and there.
Keep it up, I like how you did this, and I look forward to more from you.
