Leave the link adress blank for now if you're locally uploading. The system should pick up bit rate, time, and file type so you don't have to fill that in either. The system so far can only detect mpeg. In the future it may pick up the rest, such as DivX. If not then type the link that goes to your video and select "Direct Link.". Or type the link to your webpage with the video and select "Indirect Link"
