JOURNAL: Clip

  • Work in progress 2005-12-06 14:57:58 I started working on a new vid a few weeks ago, but I kinda forgot abou it until yesterday when I stared working on it again. Seems like it's going pretty good by now. My synching is tighter and I'm actually trying lip-synching. I'm having a hard time filling some bridge, but I'm sure I'll figure out how to fill it.

    The song is Disarm by Smashing Pumpkins and it is set by X(TV). I still trying to come up with a name. I thought about maybe 'The Storm and the Sky' because, as far as I know, Arashi means storm and Sora means sky.(though Sorata might mean something different)

    This might actually be the first in a series of tragic love videos. I'm going to do a Otogizoushi vid to an instrumental song. If you've seen the first part of Otogizoushi, you should know it does have a tragic love story to it. The problem is I can't think of another anime with tragic love. I thought about RK OVA1, but there are already so many vids to that anime; I want to make a vid to a relatively unvidded anime. 
  • Work to come... 2005-02-08 00:11:38 For anyone who is interested I think I'm going to announce the works I plan on doing.

    Firstly, I think I'm going to remake my first AMV, Good Night Sweet Girl. I suggest that anyone interested in a pretty good vid made with a very rare song check it out. Anyway, I will soon have all the seasons of Sailor Moon and I'll be able to clean up the quality. Maybe I'll put sone new tech stuff in, fix all the things I've wanted to.

    Second, I'm going to make a kinda parody vid with the Batman theme set to Salior Moon's favourite (and only) male hero, Tuxedo mask. It'll be set to Danny Elfman's "Batman Theme" and maybe even "Kiss by a Rose" from Seal.

    And lastly, I think I'm going to make a Witch Hunter Robin vid. Please email me suggestions.

    Anyway, if anyone wants to give any suggestions or comments, email me. I'd be pleased to to have some outside input. 
  • First 2005-02-06 17:02:39 It has recenty occurred to me that this Clip has not taken part in the normal activities of a AMV member. So, from now on I will give opinions and try to be a constructive member of this community.
