    It sucks to get all exited to see something then find out that its been canceld or something.
    Kinda reminds me of something that happend at gamestop not that long ago.
    There was a major sale going on and they had the xbox at a very low price.
    I asked one of the workers there did they have any in stock and he said yeah, there are plenty availible.
    When i heard that, i got so happy that I started to dance a jig all the way over to the line of customers.
    I stood in line for like 50 minutes and when i finally got to the front,
    I asked for the xbox and the guy went to the back to get it.
    A minute later he came back and said that there weren't any more
    and the nearest store that had them was like 4 hours away =(
    I started to get really sad.
    It was like getting cake without icecream
    like a hotdog without a bun
    like an AMV without tuna!
    Then I started to get really pissed.
    I was so pissed that I punched the guy right in the jaw!
    After that, 2 other workers jumped in and we all started wrestling
    Beofre you know it, everyone in the store was going crazy.
    Games and systems were flying all over the place, windows were getting broken, this guy had and old lady in a headlock.
    I managed to fight the 3 workers off but then about 100 more
    came out of the back room followed by like 40 fecking ninjas!!!
    Why and how were all of them back there?!!
    They started throwing those metal star thinigies at me but i avoided them by doing backflips and used a nintendo wii as a sheild to avoid the rest.
    Things were really starting to get wild.
    Out of nowhere, one of the workers came with a shotgun! O.O
    Qucikly I jumped behind the counter to avoid the bullets.
    Without hesitating, i grabbed the nearest thing I could find which was
    a gamecube. I thew it and totally pwned that guy bwahahahaha!!
    As the gun flew from his hands, i jumped from behind the counter dodging like 6 of them and caught the gun in midair all before that guy hit the ground.
    You should have been there it looked so awsome!!
    I was all ready to do one of those Resident Evil Zero style shootings
    You know, that part were the guy shoots those leaches.
    Ofcourse when I pulled the triger, I discovered that there were no more
    bullets in it! >_<
    Yeah, I pretty much looked like a dumb ass as I flew into a nearby rack of
    PS2 games. ~_~
    Well, at least my midair flight looked cool.
    I tried to get up as quickly as I could but one of the ninjas got the drop on me.
    He did some kind of fancy roundhouse kick.
    I flew like 10 feet to the corner of the store crashing into yet even more video games.
    When i managed to pull my self back up, they all had me surrounded.
    Just when it looked like it was all over, to my luck there was one of those guitars to that new guitar hero game hanging on the wall.
    I grabbed it and stated swinging like i had a golf club!!
    Yep, I was going all Tiger Woods on their asses!!.
    The guitar was pretty much trashed after taken down 10 of them so I grabbed some Wii nunchucks and
    started swinging them like.. well, nunchucks!!
    Things were looking pretty good at that point till one of the workers pulled out a grenade and tossed it in my direction!!!
    The blast blew me right out of the store through the window.
    Bits and pieces of video game systems and discs flew everywhere!
    Shockingly, the remaining workers and ninjas were stil chasing after me.
    There was nothing left to do but run.
    I ran into a nearby Taco Bell and tried to hold the door shut but they were too strong
    They burst through and we started up once again.
    I threw some chalupas and gorditas at them but that wasn't really effective.
    Things were really getting really heated up as the ninjas started to assult me with some 1/2 LB. chessy bean & rice burritos.
    I retured the assult with a double decker burrito
    but they came down on me pretty hard with multiple 7-layer burritos.
    Just when i thought things couldn't get worse, they came at me with some grilled steak tacos.
    My only defense was some packets of hot sauce.
    I squirt some in their eyes and it brought me enough time to run out of the building.
    I hotwired a nearby car and took off speading at like 90 miles per hour.
    You would asmume things would be all over now but when I looked at the rearview mirror
    I saw them comming after me in multiple 18 wheelers!!!
    One opened fire on me and blew the back window out so i pulled out a machine gun and started blasting.
    I aimed for the tires and mananged to take all but 3 of them out before I ran out of bullets.
    One started to ram the back of my car and i lost controll and went of the road down a hill.
    One of the 18 wheelers turned quickly to follow me down the hill and the other 2 crashed into it and made a huge explosion!
    You could see a ball of fire in the sky from like 2000 miles away!
    I lost crontrol of the car and flipped over about 320 times before it came to a stop.
    Luckily, I came out of it without a scratch.
    All that was left were me and one ninja that survived the explosion.
    We pulled out our swords and prepared to battle.
    The battle went on for over 9 days.
    It was finally over on the 11th day when i delivered the final blow
    with a move I learned from watching Kenshin.
    Yep! It was finally all over...

    I put my sword away and stated to walk home.
    After about 10 minutes i looked to my left and to my surprise i saw another gamestop!! ^_^.
    I ran in as fast as i can and asked for the xbox that was on sale.
    The guy just laughed and said that the sale had ended over 7 days ago =(
    I was so sad.
    It was like an icecream sunday without hot fudge
    like peanut butter without jelly
    like Koop without Kooptangles!!
    Then I started to get really pissed.
    I was so pissed that I punched the guy right in the stomach!
    Then it started all over all again!

    True story!!

    This christmas MEP is gonna be tuff since i used alot of my good winter
    sources on the last year one.
    Gonna have to dig alot harder this time.
    Hopefully i'll find enough good stuff in all the new
    anime I got this year.
    Recently I found a real good one that has an episode
    that has lots of fun snow scenes through almost all of it.
    I gotta keep the title secret though.
    Its just too good to share ^_^

    Everyone needs to chill with this stuff in the Ayumix thread.
    I think you guys all did awsome in that project.
    Everyone in the AYumix had fun doing it
    and thats the only thing that matters.
    After all, MEPs are about different editors getting together to do a tribute
    to a certain theme or music they like.
    AMVs and MEPs are about having fun doing what you wanna do with anime and music
    and not about getting into a bunch of drama.
    That kind of stuff will just take the fun out of it.
    If there is ANYTHING else said in the project's thread that ANYONE
    doesn't agree with or if someone just flames or post random stuff
    to add on to the drama, just ignore it.
    Id hate to see the thread get locked becuase of all the stuff thats been
    going on.

  • Fun times 2007-11-27 00:42:33 Haven't been able to be on the site much lately since alot has been going on.
    I checked out Ayumix yesterday and it was awsome!
    Everyone really went all out in that project.
    Can't wait to see what other ideals Deshi comes up with for Asian mix projects.
    I demand an Ayamix! (Aya Matsuura!!)

    Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.
    I had a great time even though i had to do alot of stock work for black friday and stuffs >.>
    It was great to see my oldest brother, sister in law and 2 neices from Florida.
    I only get to see them like 1 or 2 times a year.
    Also, I saw alot of other relatives i haven't seen in a while.
    Fun times!
    The food was great too
    I think i ate way too much though.
    Just can't resist the turkey,dressing and all the deserts and stuff ^_^

    On saturday I stopped by Duck Creek Park and got to see the ducks and geese up close.
    It was prety fun since they will actually come up to you and you can feed them.
    I have to admit I was a bit scared when i saw about 15 geese running towords me.
    Those birds are pretty big. ^^;;
    Got some nice shots of them though.
    There were even more shots taken but alot of them didn't turn out well
    becuase I forgot to turn off the zoom when they were already very close ~_~

    In other news:

    My Project Elysium segment is ??% complete.
    Dont really have a clue what im doing at this time.
    Will figure something out eventually.

    Christmas MEP segment is ??% complete
    Still working out some things with fireemblem.

    Moonlight Melody Remake is 60% complete
    Moving kinda slow since i've recently put some other things at higher priority.

    Rainbow Cotton MEP segments are 10% complete

    Soul Anime Studios' major website upgrade is 98% complete.
    Just doing final tweaks right now.
    Should be online soon
