Okay, so here's the story. My g/f and I take a break, get back together, break up, and then realize how stupid we've been acting, and now are perfect. Isn't life strange like that sometimes. Well anyway, college is over for summer break. I'm now at home, and already i've done more work on my AMV's than I have in the past 2 weeks. I've been home for 1 night, and i've already done like 2 minutes on an AMV. Isn't it great. Well of course, this may sound blasphemous, but life isn't all AMV's. Since i've been home I've talked to my girlfriend (alot), bought a few movies, watched a lot of anime, practiced some of my Goju Ryu form of Karate, and lifted some weights. I haven't really caught up on sleep though, I may want to do that. I did however buy one of the best movies ever. It's called Serendipity. I know, if your a guy reading this, your probably like man what a fruit-cake, but hey, a good love movie is necessary from time to time. That goes without saying that it has to have some humor. I hate Julia Roberts movies though. Those aren't funny at all. It's like they try to prove a point. But in all seriousness, if your a guy, and you absolutely hate all chick flicks, then you seriously have a problem, cause some of them are alright. Well thats kinda off track. Anywho, i also bought Demon City Shinjuku, thats a really good movie too. Well, I aint got much else to say, oh yeh, I have almost finished my His and Her Circumstances video and the DBZ video is done, I'm just too lazy to upload it *_^

His and Her Cirumawhat?

I've just started my new video. I'm excited about it, Its to the anime His and Her Circumstances. The song is Hoobastanks new hit The Reason. I actually thought of the idea before the song became a hit, but now everyone loves it, so i hear it all the time. Then when the vid is done, people will be like, OH YOUR JUST FALLING IN WITH THE CROWD. I hate it when that happens. Like Linkin Parks first album. I loved it months before there first single became popular. Same with Staind. How man people actually know the name of Stainds first real record album. So many people think it was the one with Outside and Its been a While. But HAH!!! There first album was called Dysfunction. It was great, better than there second Break The Cycle. It just goes to show that the people who are all like "Oh your just following a trend" actually followed the trend themselves and are stupider than you are . >_<
Well anyway, I hope everyone likes my new video as it should be done within the next couople weeks. So until then, peace out everyone

My escaflowne vid seemed to be a big hit. A lot of people have liked it. Some didn't op it, but they told me that they really liked it, and that i've made TONS upon TONS of progress. That makes me excited. Well anyway, i'm bored with nothing to do, its windy, and i feel like this house is going to blow away. i don't think we're in kansas anymore uncle todo! Well anway, Its spring break, OOOH YEH!!! and i don't have class for like 10 days, who's excited I AM!!!!!! well anyway, Editing is coming along slowly, but surely (talking bout the joint video wth XENO) and there's a secret I can't tell yet, but its an interesting secret, that you all will know soon enough. Well anyway, I'm out. Everyone have a good Weekend!!!!

Daveo - happy snow fun time 2004-02-26 23:59:58 Today it snowed, and I still had my team sports class, but it was ok, cause we had capture the flag in the snow. Wanna stop someone from stealing ur flag, peg em with a snow ball (i spit in mine before i threw em hehehe). We then started throwing snowballs at oncoming traffic, the police weren't too happy about that one, but its ok, they let us off with a warning. I then came up here and started my homework, kinda, but then i got sidetracked by Counter Strike for a few hours. I then started editing on a vid that XenoDrake and I are doing (a joint effort to make an awesome video) and it is coming along nicely, well my part it, i haven't seen what he's been doing yet. but yeh, its fun, my esc. vid isn't going very far, i'm kinda stuck, so i'll go back to it later
- A day in the life of an Editor. 2004-02-21 18:18:08 Stayed up all night watching Kare Kano. Went to bed at 4 AM. Woke up at 11:30, called the girlfriend and talked for a few hours. Watched some tv, made a chicken sandwich. Sold some DVD's on Amazon. Edited for a few hours, called the girlfriend again. She goes to work and I go buy some CD-RW's. I watch Bruce Almighty and practice some karate in the basement on my punching bag. Edit some more and watch more Kare Kano (GREAT ANIME) Leave again around 7:30 PM to go see girlfriend when she gets off work. Spend time with her til about 11:30 when I come home and call her. Then I edit some more and watch TV. Sounds exciting right. And you ask how do I get ideas for AMV's? Easy, when I drive I listen to music, when I eat, when I sleep, when I practice martial arts, I listen to music. The only time I don't listen to music is during church, watching anime or a movie, and spending time with my g/f (i even listen to music in the bathroom when i'm doing number 2!!!!!) sorry bout that last statement, i figured someone was probably like WELL I BET HE DOESN'T LISTEN TO MUSIC ON THE CRAPPER. wel I do, but of course there are instances when I don't. Funerals, weddings, like before when I said church, spending time with my girlfriend. Anything that is remotely serious and important to me that isn't music related, gets all of my attention. Even right now, I'm listening to Lost Prophets. So when I listen to music, I think of anime that would match it. Then TADA!!!! an Idea for an AMV. So when I'm only spending a few hours editing, i'm getting a lot of work done. Which reminds me, I have a new AMV coming out soon. Escaflowne the movie to the song SWAY by the band Lost Prophets. Expect it in a week or so. I can tell your excited, well anywho, i'm gonna get off. I've got a daily schedule to keep (see above for the schedule and guess what i'm doing) Everyone have a nice evening. Peace out AMVers
