its official, I'm a nerd.
I met up with my younger cousins for the weekend and they taught me how to play Magic: the gathering (or as a friend of mine refers to it, the Addiction). I actually enjoyed playing it. so i ended buying a scourge deck and a booster. with any luck I plan to go to some beginner training nights at the game store.
But I'm not an obsessive person when it comes to hobbies. trust me, i have known people who have shoeboxes; briefcases full of cards proudly boasting they spent $2,000+ to get them. not to degrade them or anything, but i don't see myself putting that much into a casual hobby. -

only one more week of summer school and the only things left to worry about during the next couple is getting up early for work, drawing, website stuff, and waxing my car...
the choice is still up in the air whether or not i will have to commute to school, but these days commuting does not sound like such a bad idea. my fall schedule is pretty slim, and i don't know what quality my new room will be, and quite frankly i am fed up after all of the vandalism that happened this year.

things have been going fairly well. work is good, though i do get some tedious jobs like changing files into pdf format and ad research. summer school is not quite as easy as i thought it would be, i just can not get myself to focus on the work with only finding time to study at 9 at night
