- go to bed at eleven, wake up at seven 2002-01-17 10:07:36 my entire campus suffered from a half hour black out last night because of a fire in the negihbor hood. you should have heard all the people in the dorm screaming "what the HELL happened to my computur?!?!?!?!?!" nothing out of the ordinary besides that. i managed to participate with the school paper, which should be interesting. i plan to work on the layout design for the paper, which only occurs 3 times this semester, but hey, at least it is something interesting to add to my resume?

day 3 of school, and already i have run into 2 serious problems:
1. waking up later than i should
2. THE COST OF ART SUPPLIES!!!!!!!!!!
HOLY SHIT IVE ALREADY SPENT CLOSE TO $100 FOR ART SUPPLIES AND IM NO WHERE NEAR FINISHED BUYING SHIT. chances are i problably need a couple more zip disks, unless i delete the unnecessary files i feel i dont need on my older ones. i still need SO MUCH MORE PAINTING SUPPLIES such as canvas, paints, gesso.... TO LAST ME A FUCKIN SEMESTER. as for my art history class i feel there are ging to be the same problems i ran into last year, FINDING TIME TO STUDY, except now I HAVE 3 HOURS OF NOTE TAKING! -

well im back.......
before i left home i managed to get a hold of bigbig truck's "failed experiments in video editing", and it deserves the praise it has been getting. i have been going around the dorm visiting friends, meeting newbies etc. this semester i plan to get more involved, seeing how that partly helped into getting extra financial aid. im hoping to work at the school paper, (not writing, i suck at writing) at page design or page editing, i just hope i have the time to get involved and not be swayed into doing my bad habits again of procrastinating. to everyone like me who lives in a 3 sq ft dorm room and has a stinky roomate, best of luck and never give up fighting the good fight. - where else is there to go to run away from the real world 2002-01-12 22:22:28 after several days of delay i have managed to finish and submit (i think). just in case i plan to bring copies of the logos with me to college just in case something went wrong (or my stuff gets chosen). unless if i was to stay up all night i doubt i will get anything else done besides getting my shit together and finish burning cds, even though i had high hopes to download more amvs. all in all, this vacation was not what i have hoped for. my biggest regret was having to dive into another restaurant job. hopefully it will be the absolute last time that will ever happen, as i plan (pray, hope) to get a job actually relating to graphic design. as i said earlier, i would rather have a job where i work with jackasses, but still manage to enjoy than to deal with a jackass job, a fate i consider worse than death. on that note i hope to accomplish a lot with the next few months. since i dont know when my roommate will be back with his computer, i guess this will be peace out for now

it was pretty hectic tonight, being the busiest night since new years. i ended up pissing off a lot of people, but i got the last laugh. nothing against restaurant work, but after about 4 years, i have come to the conclusion THAT IT....
