blah blah blah, blah. blah blah, blah blah.
since things have slowed down at the restaurant, sort of an after holidays dull period, hence there has been a low count of customers. after i ran back and forth in a rush to get shit done in the afternoon to at least show up at work an hour late. so once i came home after the dentist and getting a new pair of glasses and recieved a message from my boss saying i didnt need to show up at all. so that leaves 7 work days left before school. boohoo -

for new years i ended up working for 12 HOURS WITHOUT A BREAK. 9 hours worth of art class sounds more inviting than working in that place. no problem, though. only eight more work days left before i shipped off to school again.
im looking forward to this semester, despite having the LAZY ASSHOLE teacher again. this time around i will be having 5 art classes and philosophy w o o h o o.
on top of which is my sophmore portfolio review. i already have a good idea to what i want to present, although im having trouble as to what i want to show from freshman year, and i highly doubt i will go as far back as highschool. -

got back from work a while ago, and im still in shock that i have to be in at work at 1 in the afternoon. that means ill be at work for a total of 14 FUCKIN HOURS!!! AHHHHH!
oh well i hope i have enough fun tomorrow to ignore what goes on new years. ive been itching to play TEKKEN 4 agian for a while. man that is such a kick ass game, with smokin graphics and some mind blowing fights, it is definitely worth 2 quarters a pop. i'll tell ya one thing i havent been too excited about console systems for years now, my last one being a super nintendo. but whatever one of those newfangled systems comes out with tekken 4, i will sell my kidney for the opprotunity to buy it. -

man, its been awhile, hasnt it? well, nothing too interesting to report aside from downloading the cool new stuff at www.mindwapret.com, the new evangelion are the coolest ones ive seen in a while, such as asuka in lip sync to the black knight in monty python (funny shit) and the evangelion "preview" with the soundtrack from the gladiator trailor (kick ass).
nothing new at work, chances are i will be working new years eve until at least 2 IN THE MORNING SERVING 3X THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF PEOPLE ALLOWED AT THE RESTAURANT. its been tolerable lately but i think im pissing off my boss (the NICER one) a little too much, aside from that i didnt make as much as i thought i would with my shitty paycheck. from the looks of it i will problably put my excessive anime spending off until at least february. oh well its not like i was surprised, hopefully my work study check coming in from the last two weeks of school should compensate in some way. but i would have to say this has inspired me to work more hours at my $6.75 an hour job at school....
im in a pretty mellow mood. ive watched several evangelion tapes and now listening to the smashing pumpkins greatest hits album. awesome music. thats about it - if it wasnt for my horse, i would not have gone to college 2001-12-25 00:36:54 well as it turns out o will be working friday and saturday night, which im grateful for cause i dont think i would have spent that time wisely anyway. after work tonight my family opened our presents so we can sleep late and eat turkey tomorrow. as it turns out my parents managed to go to the financial aid offices at my school. as it turns out they have been apparently keeping an eye on me ever since i have applied there. apparently they are pleasantly surprised at how well i have been improving my grades and volunteering my time to the school. now they granted me enough money to be a RESIDENT FOR A THIRD YEAR!!!!!!! I DONT CARE IF I LIVE 20 MINUTES AWAY AND IM WASTING MONEY, I FIND THAT LIVING INDEPENDENTLY IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT IDEALS A COLLEGE STUDENT SHOULD ACHIEVE
