    In any case, new video up. Li Meiling character profile. I'm surprised that nobody's done a Groovelily AMV before, and I had to create the entry myself.

    This time, I'm going to try to think of a video title before I upload the video. Whether or not I actually come up with one is uncertain.

  • I'm glad you're happy, happy, happy 2005-04-23 19:28:55 I love this band. I got three AMV ideas just listening to them.

    Also, they just gave me my Meiling video inspiration.

    So. Right now I have:

    These guys sound like the Corrs or something. Except better. 
  • And red is the colour that the lovers paint 2005-04-20 02:55:57 The Yue vid (which has been causing more problems than I expected for playback in the CCS community) reminded me of two things:

    - Yue is a bastard. I still think that Sakura is the next coming of the Messiah, considering how readily she forgives him after he beats her up.

    - I like Ruby Moon/Nakuru a lot more than I like Yue/Yukito.

    Hence, I'll be making the next video a Nakuru-centric one. I've got me song picked out ("You're So Vain", Carly Simon), and it's a good test to see whether I can work with more than three episodes at a time.

    The song is about 4:15 long. I hope I don't have to cut it into three this time.

    The banner showing up right now above this New Journal Entry window features Me-tan. Which amuses me to no end.

    (... can WinME stand up to the rigours of AMV-making? Do I want to know?) 
  • All we hear is Video Gaga. 2005-04-18 14:07:18 Engel vid done and, um, uploaded. Well, I've uploaded it, but the Kero site thing seems to be down. At least, there are 21 videos in the queue to be "uploaded" and made into Local downloads, and mine should be somewhere near the wrong end.

    I find that I value the opinions and comments of people who've read my LJ and such more than the opinions I get here. Largely because I haven't been in the AMV fandom for long, but at least I know me CCS fandom.

    I am amused by the fact that my CCS vids are uploaded onto a server named after a CCS character. What are the odds, and all that.

    I've been described as a "cool AMV geek, not a dorky AMV geek". I don't know whether I like being cool, especially since, well, second video and all.
