Well, I have finally finished my Photon project. Can't say I'm enthralled with the end result but what can ya do? I did like the way some of the scenes came out... maybe this would have been a better colaboration proj. Seeing as I didn't have a lot of time to pour into it.
Well at any rate I'll have it posted soon so that the public can damn me as they see fit.

Amazing! I've actually had time to rip one of my new DVDs (yay Photon!) Needless to say I've been able to slightly get started on my Photon vid. I'll probably end up piecing it together over what will end up being a very long period of time. Who knows, maybe I'll have it done in time for christmass.
Yea, this vid is gonna probably turn out kinda odd considering all the dry time I'll have between edit sessions. And on top of that I can't say I have a good idea on what I'm gonna fill all that space with... most of the solid concepts I had for the video's footage is already down and I've only finished about 1/10 the vid. *sigh* This one is destined to be a continual work in progress.

Whew! Well, AWA was fun. I even managed to get all my vidoes played. No winners, but I'm just tryn' to get a little recognition. I think the most well recieved vid of mine was Goldenbubble, despite the fact that I had a rather small audience for that one and that I had to put in a request for them to play it. Still, I had better vid showing than my roomie who didn't get a vid played until we all pretty much went and complained about it. I felt really bad for the guy; one of my vids was even played twice! Other than that hassle, no real complaints. I think the guys at AWA just need to fine tune their organizing skills a little more.
Gotta tell ya though, this is the first time I've seen any of my vids on "the big screen" and that does make a difference in the way you see it. Especially when you realize that you mispelled your own logo! DOH!!! ...heh, well, I'll be fixing that soon.
For the future: I have gotten more anime!! YAY!! Not quite as much as I wanted though. When you go to a con. you evpect to get pretty good deals in the dealer room... umm.... I gotta say it wasn't all that great this year. I mean 25-30 bucks for a single DVD. Some of them with only 2 eps on it... I mean, that's just WRONG! Still, I did pick up some new stuff, and can now work on a few of the projects bouncing around in my head... when I get the time.
Wow.... this was a long entry.

Well, I was right about school. I have NO free time! Between Art History 2, Design 1, and work I barely have enough time to give myself a spork-ground labodamy. And on top af all that I have yet another class (that one seems to be cheesecake though) and my girl to keep happy. Luckly she's relativly understanding about my time constraints.
*sigh* no video making for me for a while. I just hope my ideas don't fade away over the semester, or get shoved out of my brain during a cram session.

Heh, my Lain vid has just reached the magical number of 666 downloads. Does this signify that my vid is evil? Probably not, just boaring. I do think it's kinda neat though, since I consider that to probably be one of my worst vids.
