Forgotten the ways of Photoshop

Since I've gotten CS3, I've only really been using after effects and premiere.
I tried to use Photoshop today, and soon realized that I had forgotten how to do most anything -_-. It feels like it's been years since I really dug into it.
Now, it feels that I should really buckle down and back in touch with photoshop and illustrator....
....but I dout that will happen.
Oh well, what can you do?
I can most of my banners and such in after effects anyway :)
