Man, that new Fatal Frame 2 footage is getting me all revved up to get back into speedrunning the game. I really need to get that damn thing recorded.
And I really need to do the video that I was planning with all of my footage that I captured and ripped. It's been sitting on my hard drive for who-knows-how-long now. All I need to do is merge the captured and ripped scenes all together into one folder for easy access. I even have all the captured stuff with Costume D. : )
But I'm definitely getting back on that speedrun. SOMEDAY SOON. THE WHOLE WORLD SHALL SEE ME DOMINATE THIS VERY EASY GAME. Mwa ha ha, Ha Ha, HA HA HA!

Four hundred ninety third entry - rubber duckie floaties

So, like I mentioned, I've been recording Dark Cloud 2, and I'm up to 200 scenes within 37 parts. I'm almost finished with the game, so there isn't too much more to record, but it will be thick with footage and thus more time-consuming.
I don't like doing multiple steps multiple times within the video processing... um... process. Thus, it kind of bugs me when I have to record the footage, and then break to make clips because I'll almost run out of hard drive space, and then delete the .vobs, and then record some more, and so on and so forth. I would prefer to just record everything, and then process everything, and then all of my clips are ready for me.
Long story short, I'm excited because I just finished processing everything for right now, which means I can record a bunch of DVDs uninterrupted.
Of course, that requires me to unpack and hook up the PS2 and DVD Recorder yet. Oops.
I still don't know what I'm doing with the footage. I've started generating some ideas for music and story, but nothing really concrete is falling into place, and I don't remember the end of the game well enough to know if it will have the kind of footage I'm thinking it does. One of those, "Did I imagine that scene???" situations. Happens to me all the time. I wish I was a better artist. I would just freakin' DRAW my videos. Manga M@D all over that shit.
My mother hasn't closed her mouth since she walked in at 9:20. Seriously, woman. Shut the fuck up already.
Looks like it's time to switch over my laundry, so I have to go.
