Soccer still rocks my world

today was a good day, all taken into account. My math teacher is still a fucking moron, and my physics class is still boring as hell, but its cool. But now to the point of the title...
We played soccer in gym class today, which i normally wouldnt care about, but not being on the team has made me treasure what precious field time i have. Anyway, i got three goals, and kicked general ass, which felt great cause all but three of the kids playing were on the soccer team. Not bad for a guy who "Didnt make the cut"....heh.....it was sick. the best was when pat crossed it from about 30 yards from the 18, down by the corner kick mark, putting it on net. Will (he was playing goalie, and yes, he did at one time play soccer....two years ago he stopped do get better at tennis) gets centered and ready to make the easy save. I crash in, and in mid stride kick out my left leg in kinda of a downward motion, putting major topspin on the ball. It made it hop over him, and into the goal. it was sick. Even Jesse, probably the best guy on our team, agreed that i kicked a lot of ass, and said i should try to get coach to see me doing some of this stuff as a way to get back on the team. All that aside, voting is closed on my video poll, and i just gotta get into my email and tally whatever extra votes came in.

Instead of a quote, this note: Yes matt, i do play like that, but i try to do more artsy stuff as opposed to hitting the guy to get the ball, tipping it with my foot around him, or doing my patented "sweeping slide tackle of doom" Where i run next to them, slide across them, pick the ball with my back leg, and spin around while getting up, and sprint the other way. i never stop moving. Its so nice. I also try to keep my cursing down, unless its really bad, but i have purposely struck a ball at a ref after he made a really really horrible call that cost us a goal in a 1-0 loss. I know thats worse, but it was only once, and it was against me. -

Matt, that sucks. I've been there before, but normally i either have some really crafty excuse that comes up out of nowhere (um....she splled something! and since all her clothes are in the washer, i , uh, stepped up to the challenge! heh, heh) But for the most part, my parents dont care about stuff like that, so i dont need to taht often ^_^. Anyway,
So Its saturday morning, and bren and will are in marching band, and hae to leave in about an hour to go do some rehearsel stuff and play at our school teams football game, and wont be back for a long ass time. And since i'm at brens, i cant work on my Vids. It sucks. I want to get startedd so bad, but since i'm here, and not there, voting will be open till sunday night when i go to sleep. As it stands now, heres the ballot count:

Well, i've finished that three days grace video i started a few days ago, and i must admit that i think it kicks much ass. Whether its my best or not, i'll leave that for the critics to decide. anyway, i've got a little bit of an idea floating around, but i've decided that i'm going to take requests for my next video, so if you have an idea, tell me via e-mail or aim, and i'll give at at least a once over. Business aside, back to milford......
so my test is in some bumfuck town an hour and a half north of here. Already this is setting up to be a great adventure. So me and my dad set out to drive up there and "familiarize" ourselves with the territory. We decide to take the easiest way down, which is a string of roads that doesnt really matter, so i'll skip to the part where we almost died. We are going down this windy road, when we see a sign that says "Stay in your own lane. Reduce Speed" I'm thinking, great, nobody here knows how to drive, so they put these signs up to remind them. Then i figure out why theyre there. THEY STOPPED PUTTING LINES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FUCKING ROAD!!!!! Its a two way road, and they didnt put lines in the middle. I'm gonna fucking die. This ass hole comes screamign arond the corner on MY SIDE OF THE ROAD!!! Jesus, i'm gonna have a heart attack before twenty. After a nimble display of maneuvering, we come to more road lines, and hopefully the end of near death experiences. Of course, after two more sections of missing road lines, we arrive in milford. The town is about 2 miles long and 3 miles wide. i could jog laps around this thing for a warm up. Its absurd. anyway, after driving through the town and finding the place, we left and went back home via the interstate, where a truck carrying propane tanks started merging into my lane whie i was still in it. and the asshole knew i was there, cause i was even with his cab. IF i looked up and to the right, i could look him in the eye. Bastard. Anyway, thats all.

i'm so sick and tired of being sick and tired. I feel like my heads gong to explode, if not for the fact that its releiving pressure via the worst runny nose i'v had to date. but, now that i've put that thought in your head, I'm kind of working on my vid. A little. I'm rooting through all my footage for some good clips, cause i cant find just the right scene for this next part. Its funny, this is the first video i've made that doesnt tell a story or anything, its just Anime paired with music, crazy. I'm not going in any direction with it, and i'm not trying to convey anything, its just entertaining. totally new ground for me. Oh well. Just thought i'd let you know.
