Code lyoko: the train wreck

I'm amazed at how awesomely horrible a show can be. From what i can tell, lyoko lacks a major plot line, and is done partially in anime form, and partially in cg. all in all, it's not really that impressive. But something is preventing me from changing the channel.......*_* but anywho....
I think i'm gonna bag stone cold crazy. My lack of footage is pissing me off. I've also noticed that with all my vids being set to trigun (^_^) they are almost the same clips rearranged...not sure what to do about that...my only option anymore is to move on to other animes ::sigh:: I knew this day would come... but its ok...i did manage to crank 3 or 4 vids out of that one anime, so i figure with all the footage i have of various anime, if i can get 3 vids out of each, and then the vids using more than one, i should hit a gold mine of glorious AMV production. Woo hoo!!!! But, i dont know which anime to sap, er, i mean, use in numerous videos. ::heh, close one...::
Thats all for now, on this craptacular (rainy) Memorial day off, so i'll get back to you all tommorrow!

aptly titled, this entry is influenced by nothing more than the simple fact that i've made it a habit to keep you all updated with my life daily. I'm stillnot able to upload my vids, which is really pissing me off. My server apparently had an expiration date, which i think is the programs way of saying fuck you. but enough of that. Tampa Bay won last night, bringing the series to 1 all. It looks like its gonna be a toss up as to who wins. Calgary playing some great hockey... but anyway...
i cant go to practice this weekend. That puts me a week behind schedule for this show. And the fact that we only have a few weeks isnt helping at all. figures, this is the weekend we planed to get the most done, with the day off and all, and i cant go. My grandmothers moving out of the house, i have to do all the actual work. The carrying, lifting, all the manual labor, is basically my territory. I'm staying home so that i can carry shit out to a big truck, and then clean up whatevers messed up in the process. Not my ideal weekend, but i guess i cant really complain. my grandmother has been the source of quite a few problems at my house, and her moving out will make my parents happy, which will in turn take heat off of me, and make me happy. Just a means to an ends, i guess. I'm giving up one weekend to be freed up for the mojority of my summer (i dont get my license until august, and my parents said i'm pretty much free to do what i want when i get it, so i've just got a few more months of asking them for rides) Thats all i really have to say right now, so i guess i'll get back to yo all on tuesday.

I finished that empty apartment vid last night. That means i only have one project i'm currently working on. i'm kinda happy though, because i think the video turned out pretty good. Its not nearly as good to the rahxephon vid i downloaded, but i still like. Its one of those things where the vid isnt really that great, but the song makes it better. Its a really great song. I think i'll put the lyrics to it or something like that in its info. On a totally unrelated note, i was talking with some people yesterday, and the subject of report cards came up. we were talking about how our parents reacted to our grades (i got a 66 in math....not good) and this one girl said (no lie) "My mom saw mines, looked at me, and said,' bitch! you stupid!" I was crying, it was so funny. i was laughing so much my abs hurt like i'd just done 100 crunches. anyway, i've got to find a way to get over to brens this weekend. Weve got two weeks until our times up and we have to play the show. We also recently found out that all of our microphone cords are fried. this means my instrument is temporarily out of order. But thats okay, because its not as important that i be in sync with the guys, so much as all the guitars and stuff. I can kinda embellish a little bit, or do whatever(provided my mic works...) So brens grabbing a couple of replacement patch cords and a cowbell(???) but that doesnt really matter. I thnk were each gonna choose a song we want to cover, and thatl bring our set up a few songs. in case your interested, heres how it looks so far:

I just saw a banner on the main page...kinda freaky. You probably have seen it...its the "you know you want them" banner. Those girls are 7. thats unsettling. at least the "take a look at these" banner has a grown up (or grown up enough) half naked chick on it. Anyway... since i'm on the topic of lecherous bastards.... I know this guy, and hes kinda, creepy. I've written (or is it typed...?) about this kid bofore. He has a frequent interest in.....well, this one girl is 2 years younger thatn me, and this cat i'm talking about has already graduated. Thats not right. This journal entry is full of things that arent right. While i'm at it, the statiatory rape laws should be revised. A 17 year old should not legally be able to fuck the brains out of a 13 year old girl.(cause lets face it, you dont often hear about it being the other way around.) That should change. hmmm......i cant really think of anything else that i'm pissed off about.

sorry, slight tangent. I've gotten back to work on my vids again. Its been a rough process, because over the break iforgot what the hell i was doing. I had to watch what i had of my empty apartment vid for like 20 minutes(i only have a minute and a half of it...) just to get back into the feel of it. Then i got all depressed. oh well. I'll get back to you guys tommorrow.
