I just saw the DVD of Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust, and the first thing I did after finishing the movie was rip it to my disk and begin preps for editing... I have no choice... must make D video...
It's also amazing what working entriely in DV will do for quality... I also took out two generations of encoding using new software, and thus I believe that my AMVs will replicate as much information as MPEG2 (What's on DVDs) can handle... on the other hand, I have 185 gigs (More like 174 after being formatted) of space on my computer, and I only have 24 gigs available...
I have, currently in DV on my computer, Ghost in the Shell, Kenshin OAVs, Blood: The Last Vampire, and FLCL (I converted the DivX to DV to put on a camcorder and show the anime club)... bleh... that's a lot of crap :)
The bloodlust video will be prioritized over the Macross idea... A) It'll take less artistic expression, thus stress me less at the end of the quarter, and B) I've already done a Macross Plus drama/action vid... I don't need another NOW :) -

Yeah, last quarter I had no real internet access, so updates were sporadic at best... :-P
*sigh* so much random stuff... Well, on an AMV related post, I just finished my latest music video... it's in a demo release only, as in I'm not really distributing it, but I'm letting people whose opinions I trust see it, and it's a universal positive... one quote was "So, there's hope for Linkin Park after all" :D
I'm also gonna start work on my other idea... Macross Plus and Stanford's Mixed Company's remake of "Blue Skies"... that should be fun, but hard as all hell...
Oh, and if anyone's bored, my friend made this for me... cute girls welcome ;)

Tied for 3rd @ Nekocon FLASH, bought a Cowboy Bebop Cel (http://www.celsforsale.com/cels/cowboy/cb-spike-0153l.jpg), and the forest here @ UCSC is just BEAUTIFUL in the rain :D I normally didn't like rain before I came here, but now, it's wonderful to go walking under the redwoods along a forest path w/ water dripping down through the trees.
*Gryn* and I just preordered an iPod. Brilliant device :D It's a portable firewire harddrive that also plays MP3s, has a 10 hour rechargable battery, and looks stylin'...
And I just finished the second DVD of NieA_7. Awesome series, and I can't wait for the 3rd disk :) "Let's eat cat sometime!" -NieA
