wtf...i just dont understand some of those in the top scale. they aren't that great. sometimes i really do think this is all a popularity/conformist contest. but whatev...i've got big fish to deal with outside this realm.
i wonder if they are going to upgrade the journals anytime. i'm really against the purple. yuk
i got everything done on my list except the post office. but i'll do it tomorrow, as i'll have more time. i really do need to get that out of the way.
got my res mag today. fun. i didn't find anything at fog city news. i wasn't able to get to the science section because someone was blocking it, and i get really shy so...next time.

i've been listening to smashing pumpkins mellon collie, basically because i'm a nostalgic SP fan. I loved gish and siamese dream the most, and it took me awhile to get into mellon collie. lets not even talk about pisces iscariot. because, well, it's too much of a god complex album. i doubt that makes sense to most, but i grew up with SP so they have a big impact on me.
today will be long. i felt it in the car ride over, when the ladies were talking about martha and enron. snore. i've had enough of that banter. i'll leave it to the sierra club.
on the walk to work, i noticed a girl. i wasn't the only one, and these boys walking in front of me were really digging her. i just thought it was funny she wore tight pants with panties, not a thong. i hate panty lines.

i probably mentioned this already, but i'm saying it again because i'm always on this site, i'm probably the only one on this site that doesn't go to high school or college. because i grad both. but my friend and supe says i don't look my age. i wonder if that means i don't act my age either. oh boy. i like being on this site because i'm a fan and people can't do a blog / rss thing search on me.
well, the thing is i do everything i can to dress casual. i work in to pro corp enviros but don't need to dress the part. i'd be kuh-razey if i had to.
got two invites today for fests. lucky me, because i saved myself 15 bucks for the austin gl fest. i have four different forms to fill out tonight. i passed on two because i didn't want to pay. silly to invite someone if they have to pay.
it feels good to be part of the fest that i like the most, and closest to home. it was the first and only gl fest i've been to, and i don't mind it any other way.
got a free lunch today after i paid 7 bucks for practically the same thing. city livin. but i'm takin the free on to go. hopefully it'll make it that far. did research for saikano cels, good wha ta fool i tis.
talked to al for awhile. made fun of each other as usual. my co-worker sold his artwork at fanime. a good 300 pieces. his stuff's really good, but his purple obsession kills me.

faking the video. i can't believe they have a show like that. what sucks is that PAs do go through enough hell, and to put a show fcuking wiht them...awe, gf and i were watching it last night and cringing, while laughing hysterically. i'm not a production person, never have been so hopefully i won't have to go through that. i'm totally an admin and don't mind it. physical labor bothers me. i'm such a dandy/priss.
so i tried to be productive last night, but then thought, fcuk it. i am always doing something and i just want to vedge. so i did. watched a biography of david lachappelle (if you don't know who he is, i feel bad for you), the o.c., and the news. it was fun. now i'm back and blah.
