so i sat around yesterday, watching I's, rahxephon and gundam evolve. can't say that i care for the gundam series, even though the mecha's pretty fab. but i like gundam seed. i caught an ep saturday. i'll have to collect that sometime soon. i also watch flcl sat. good stuff.
so now i'm just relaxing until the work cycle begins. i have a heavy load this week. i have one night off and that's thursday. i'm prepping then for the weekend. we're going to l.a. this weekend. i'll be staying at the hyatt if anyone needs to contact me. hahah. now that i can legally drive i was able to get a rental car for the trip. poor edward wouldn't be able to handle the drive anymore. ever since the northwest odyssey, he hasn't been the same. this is sort of my mini vacation. i leave sat morn and i'm nervous because i hate leaving my dogs behind, especially pa. he's a little squirmy kid who likes to sneak out of fences. but i'll be fixing the holes in the fences thursday evening.

yes, i'd actually rather shop, which is unheard of. this morning gf dragged me onto telegraph and there was a sale at futura. okay, the girl on the top floor that was working the changing rooms, was seriously cranky. she shouldn't have come to work. she was rude to gf and practically insulted the man with an accent who was asking for coveralls. bad news, bad karma is all i have to say about that situation. if you have good taste, i don't recommend shopping there often. but i got a gravis bag that was on sale. gf bought it for me, which was sweet.
i think i'm going to watch saikano now and have lunch. -

first off, i don't like madonna. while i will admit to owning a collection of hers, i will then admit she makes me sick as a celebrity. she's the most plastic, pathetic, over exposed celebrity that loves to exploit true artists. my point? vicbond's amv makes that madonna song and exception to my rule of not listening to her.
the vid was terrific.
now i'm off to find more amvs. -

so i got my reviews in good so far, i'll wait and see if more will come along. the general consensus by looking at the adds and people trading ops, is that the ops for amv's aren't free. i guess i should be content with my 3.33...

So I FINALLY uploaded the AMV. So far my scores look good. but the day's not done. seriously, i'm just glad it finally uploaded right.
did anyone see those ufo pictures from the mexican air force? it looks so amazing. apparently campeche and the surrounding areas have a long history of ufo occurences. read about it yesterday. it happened early march. and it was videotaped live so there would've been no way to alter it. i don't think the military
carries fx equipment, though some of their computers rival sg labs. for good, non-profit reasons
yesterday s' bday bash was interesting. we got there, it was about five of us, then a few more people trickled in after. she was definitely surprised. i went to national product then limeliht and got her buttons, a nice art card, and a book about french filmmakers. i got myself a book for kicks-what they didn't teach you in film school. hahah

okaaayyyyyyy.....so my amv that uploaded isn't complete. so i have to do it again. which is sad, because 21 people hit it and i got a 2 star rating for an incomplete video! just my luck. hold your horses guys, i promise to upload it tonight.
i hope i can resolve this all by the end of the day. the deletion is pending. the quicker it comes the better. how embarrassing.
i got a new email address at jet bar because bored email sucks hard. the layout actually looks better and customizaed options are nice. it's only 4mb but that's all i need for user accts. today is s' bday, i have to get her a present and i have a lunch thing with nars. i'm having martini's at martuni's and then heading over for the surprise party.
gf is doing her mom's day sunday so i get time to play with my copmuter to my hearts content. i want to test out terragen and the victoria2/poser tutorial in 3d world. dope.
