i have scratched plans to hang out with al today on account of my gf being really pissed off at me, and i haven't spent time with her. so new list-
-find a vegan dinner recipe for sunday
-go home
-go to berkeley bowl
-circuit city
g's havin a hard time so it's qt time. after three years it's still very important.
i also get to prep more because i didn't have th full rahxephon in the first place. -
bagel breakfast

so thursday is breakfast day at work and this morning we had bagels and salmon. i always find their salmon too salty. so today i'm supposed to do an anime trade off with al. i only have daphne, raphxephon ep1(even though i do have the first 12), full metal panic fumoffu(DAMNNIT i wanted the first one!) and Battle Programmer which i think he already has. i don't think i'll be able to make a dvd tonight of my film because he lives out in the sunset and i don't exactly feel like gong back home to get my car if it gets late. i'll have to explain to him. It's been hard for me to be an avid fan when i work all the time. New banner voting was up today and i didn't see mine. ???
i will be on the look out for a 3 MP digital camera. some are REALLY, REALLY overpriced. i'll have to pull out all the stops for this one. be back later -
the lab

so here's the rundown of yesterday. got off work, called j. she said she would call me to meet up,"i haven't bee nhome for days, blah blah..." okay i said. so on a last minute whim, i call al and head over to techtv. i hung out in the lab, showed him divergence eve, he laughed. watched him fill out rebates, hanh gave me floss, lawson kept saying,"my people are dying senator,"(line from amadala, ep1) and the comcast guys were touring through the lab. now, the lab is more fun to be in and a lot bigger from when i was there. they have a big section and everyone's pretty lax. too bad they got bought out and it'll be shutting down. they JUST moved it too. the g4 forums are showing anymosity for tech, but the thing is tech is completely different. it's not gaming. it's ashame it's come to this, but it almost seemed inevitable. when i was there lay offs were so unpredictable. i would've rather hung out wth al last night, but let's move on.
at s house j calls me. "oh i'm in the mission, how about you guys come down here?" the whole point was to meet and talk about the film. she tried to change the game on me. "i'll call you back and let you know." i have a feeling j is going downward spiral in her life right now, but i'd rather not be dragged in it. i don't play sympathy cards either. she wants to keep the bridges burned, and while i shouldn't take it personally i am disappointed in her. but i refuse to get into anymore confrontations with this kid. so s and i thought it was lame and we just talked about the films we're developing. i felt bad that i had ask s to use her house as a meeting place. i'm just going to drop off the films at j's work and from there i believe that will be the last time i make the effort to contact her to meet.
tomorrow i'm doing anime trade off with al. woo hoo! i gotta see if i can afford to get a dvd-r. it depends on the weekend's workload. i think now that i'm feeling better and not on the rag, i'm going to test my running shoes. -
distracting eve

so.....is it just me or is divergence eve full of too many big breasted teenage girls? um, i was sooo disturbed that the girls were running and their boobs got big and pointy it was basically hilarious.
i'd like to see someone do anime music videos to maroon 5. the lead is cute. and knows it. there has to be a parallel with an anime character somewhere.
today i have a meeting with j and s about the film, so the sooner it's done the sooner i can go home and dl a few amv's to watch. i need my fix and euphoria is getting a little too played for me.
i left my toothbrush at my folks and didn't get to find a salon this morning to do my hair. so i'm driving to walgreens to get a new toothbrush as soon as the meter runs out. it was about that time anyhow. i'm still tired even though i went back to bed and slept a couple of hours. i swear you always need a vacation for the vacation.
