last night i watched a couple of episodes of noir. kirika makes me feel so sad. the connection between mirielle and her is so strange and frustrating. the anime has a certain style that reminds me of european filmmaking. very in the moment, long pauses.
i could only handle a couple at a time because it's kind of depressing. after saikano i promised not to soak up a whole series and bawl anymore.
i was going to give suki the ost today, but i really don't have time. i'll try to do it maybe tomorrow. -

tonight i spent time with suki. she's planning to take a break from ai. it's a little hard to believe, but she went on about it for a very long time, and seems definite. i forgot to tell her good luck before i left, so i called her and told her so.
i think it may be very good for her. she seems very grounded from before i first met her over a year ago. tomorrow she's hangin out at the diesel store (this is pretty hilarious to me, because diesel is super social, or supe sosh as i call it). i'll toss her the ost i made for her, which might make her feel worse, if not more for keme.

oo yeah!
i got a call from nako saying that she would stop by work and drop off her dvd. we ended up going to japantown for crepes! sophie's, and had a veggie crepe while i shared her mixed fruit crepe which was really good. she's totally nice to do that, she just wanted to stop by and say hi, on her way to getting pizza for her folks. it's so funny everyone i know that lives in sunset lives with their folks. some like it way more than others. i haven't lived with my folks for many years.
i stopped in at kinokuniya. i thikn they were up to date with shipping, they seemed pretty stocked. i bought mini, which is a pretty cool girlie mag. then i walked up fillmore and caught the one back. good times.
it's really nice out, glad i got to see a part of the day.
