Like I promissed here should be something worthwhile...
I got an amazing review on "Technoshock" by Wonka, long and constructive and extremly kind. Thanks a lot man.
I've also been looking at some video ideas I've been having. and I'll present a line up for the coming year...

Some anime - Some MUSE song (this is quite a story, I'll enlighten below)
Carlos' and Sotero's wild wild adventure - parody (again look below)

Enlightenments:
1. Lain/What's he building in there (project name: Citizen disturbed)
Bascially another attempt at making something so far beyond conventional it hurts, I failed to do so with Technoshock (in my eyes) so I'm giving it another whirl. I'm not sure about the anime though, I'll have to watch it again.
2. Some anime - some MUSE song
The last part of a MUSE trilogy, I'm not ruling out that I'll be making another MUSE video in the future, but I don't want to be stereoyped or put MUSE on the overused list. I've been listening to all of the MUSE songs in existance to come to a good song for my last video. I had 22 songs left after first selection. I eliminated songs I didn't have any ideas to and cuurently have 13 left. I'm basically in favor of using a live song (since MUSE ar amazing live). Here are the songs that are left and my thoughts:
- Hyper music (live/album track): The video really inspires me to make a simple off the wall action orgy.
- Agitated (live/album track): Same as Hyper music, crazy action.
- Citizen erased (live/album track): This song is 7:30 minutes, and it really promises something epic, only if I can find the right anime will this work.
- Yes please (album track): Another action frenzy.
- Shine (album track): A really sweet slow song, kind of a romance/sappy video.
- Space dementia (live): Live the end of this song turns into utter chaos.
- Cave (live): A great epic/dramatic guitar solo which gives me goosebumps. Far superior to the album track.
- Showbiz (live): Amazing live; unbelievably well played and the ending is an orgy off sound which makes my whole body quiver and my mind go blank (really big chance).
- Bliss (live): Longer and more emotionally challenging live. Always the closer, always great live.
- Uno (live): Great live, I don't really have any definate ideas yet, I'll probably ditch this one first.
3. Carlos' and Sotero's wild wild adventure.
This is basically going to a little parody spin off to their AKON documentary; I'm pretty sure they'll hate me after it's done :D
4. some anime to Erreur by Hibou lugbre
This is basically a french amateur band but this song is recorded so well it uses the stereo effect really well giving me a woozy feeling in my head. The song is in french and it's about a love lost. I suck at french so I'll have to go translate it. This could be my first love/drama video...
5. some anime to a song by a guy I know
Basically this is really iffy. I know this guy on MSN who's in a band and he was telling me about a new song his band was going to record. It's about losing family etc. it starts slow and picks up. Could be a drama/action video, all depends on if I like the song or not...
While walking to work I was thinking about this interesting statistic: By the time I have 6 videos done I'll have 1 american artist in the line up. This in contrast to everyone using american artists. I don't know why but continental music just gets me more... -

Technoshock is still down, I expect it to be up again some time next week, I can't wait. Apparently the host was upgrading or something so you aren't able to download ... whatever.
I'd like to thank Zabet from MTT for making that blackbird video. The song is very addictive and I've been trying to play it on my guitar and it isn't that hard so now I can finally show I have results on that front.
Also check out www.zwaluwen8.nl, it's a page for my soccer team I just started making some crap with use of a database and PHP and there's no layout so don't expect something flashy, but you can see me and people I know ^_^.
Now on a more personal note: I'm having sunday depression again. I haven't had it for a while but it's back. Let me explain; every now and then I get an empty lonely feeling on sunday for no apparent reason (or maybe there is) and it's usually gone the next day. Somehow I start contemplating life on sunday and give a negative spin to the things I've done. Somehow I'd just like to be better, brighter and smarter at everything; I tend to think about the bad things that happened and forget the good. I think the main reason I get like this is because I'm 20 and I just can't seem to get a girlfriend (nathan will take a piss at me now). I can bury myself in work during the week and saturday is always full of fun, but come sunday and there's only things I do for lesiure and I have time to stop and think. I try to bury myself in work again but it just doesn't work. Somehow I can't take any initiative when my friends are around (or when they aren't around for that matter) it just sucks. I may want to think I look great am great or whatever but without someone on your side saying that to you once in a while it's only fool's aluminium (;) tim,will). Then I think "hey I'm not good enough I need to get better at stuff" and bury myself in work again, the neverending circle ... I suck.
