Two in one week to make up...........

Since I missed last week's entry, I'll make two this week to make up for it - although there isn't anything to really report. I'm not going to get a second job afterall. That's great,! Maybe that will give me some free time in August. Right now we are re-arranging furniture and cleaning up, so once that's done I should have some time to monkey around with my AMV projects. :)

OK, so I missed a week..........

I forgot to make a journal entry last week. I got busy at work and at home and just never got around to it. I thought about it a couple times at work, but just couldn't find the time. Nothing new happened last week anyway. This week will be the same.
I might not have to get that second job. That's good news. Well, I better get to work. They don't pay me to fool around on AMV.org - although I wish they would. ;)

I heard a couple songs that sound like they would be good for AMV use, but without the time to spend on it what does it matter -- ho-hum.
I haven't gotten a second job yet, but the search is still on. I'll go to a few more places tomorrow to inquire. Hopefully, I can pick up something fun so it won't be a double drag.
I took the day off to spend with my daughter Friday -- just her and I -- while my wife went to work. I did a lot of chores around the house while taking care of her -- when she slept, I worked. When she was awake, I fed her, changed her and played with her. She's at such a fun age. I really enjoyed every minute of it. For now, it's back to work though. Later.

I have other priorities in my life (namely my wife and my daughter) that must take front stage. As a part of that, I'm going to be picking up a second job and that means no free time. That means AMV's will be on hold for a while. Once I go back down to one job again, I'll pick it back up. I'll try to still update this journal weekly because I can do quick updates from my main job. Well, I better sleep while I can. Later.

Just a quick note........

I got two more opinions on my first AMV. That gives me 5 total and my star rating is still in the 3.14 range. I feel pretty good about it considering that the project was basically done before I found AMV.org. My second AMV should prove to be much better since I have guides and examples.
It will still be a couple weeks before I can spend any time on my projects though. Once I get back to it, I'm going to really take the time to make sure I'm doing things right. That way, my next release will be worthy of good opinions. I'm tired, so I'm off to bed for now. Later.
