- Why do things cost money? 2008-03-27 18:38:46 Honestly, sometimes it just isn't fair. Now that I've found out about the .hack//G.U. Trilogy film that was released in Japan two days ago, I am all terribly excited about buying it and the soundtrack, which sounds adequately amazing. Of course, then I saw the final price tag, and now I'm divided. While yes, I do have enough money to cover the $80+ price tag, (and that's the cheapest I found) I'm wondering if I really should spend that right now. Oh, why are there so many things I want all the time...
- Learning is Fun 2008-03-03 12:38:02 I'm taking a two-day workshop on Introduction to Editing with Final Cut Pro. It's all review for me; though since I'm self-taught, every once and a while I hear something I hadn't come across yet, which is good. I signed up to take the Advanced course too, which was going to be awesome, but it just got canceled due to low enrollment (read: I was the only one to sign up). Damn. But hey, after this I get certified, which will look nice to anyone I want to work for, and I might even be able to get college credit for it. We'll see.
- Attempt #2 2008-02-12 17:38:56 So the trailer competition I almost entered last year has come around again, this time with the film 300 as one of those available to use, and I'm trying again! This time maybe I actually get the trailer DONE, at least, not to mention send it in on time. -_____- Wish me luck!
