  • About the Yaoicon 2006-10-25 17:46:10 I really don't know whether to feel happy or upset.... I am reading the journal entries & people are complaining that the con was boring because there were many AMVs of Loveless. Since I submit one of my Loveless vids, I feel offended. I really don't see nothing wrong with people using the same anime in their AMVs. It just show how much they love the anime..... I also read that people were getting annoyed with the music used in the AMVs. ( I hope they are not saying it for my AMV because the song I used is from a boy band group. I know a lot of people hate boy bands but I don't. ) To tell the truth I had no idea my AMV was shown in the contest... I got an email from the person in charge of the yaoicon telling me to resubmit my AMV because their computer lost all the data. I didn't resubmit my vid because I was getting bad comments for my vids . This is the comment I got for my AMV : It's a great romance video but if I were to see it at a convention, I would forget it as soon as the next one came on. Nothing really stood out about it to say it was unique or special. That comment made me feel like I wish I never submitted it to the yaoicon...... My vids are not good enough to be in a yaoicon... But thanks to a comment that I got for my loveless vid on youtube, I realized that my vid did show in the yaoicon. I felt so surprise & happy at the same time.. What surprise me the most was that my vid won at the yaoicon for Best Drama, I never felt so happy...

    But now after hearing all these bad comment about the yaoicon.....
