Dont let it get to you man, Forums will always have their bullshit drama spats. They come and go. I try my best to keep it in check by running my forum the way I do, but even then, people who get off on starting crap will always start crap in attempts to try and see how far they can push the local athority figure (you in this case).
Buuuut, it all boils down to the fact that it is a community assembled mainly because of your vids, and dispite some of the crap that goes down, thats still a beutifull thing mi amigo. You know where to find me if you wanna chat it up with this here sexay fire fighter ^_~
Anyways, for the rest of you, I am thrilled to announce that I am about 65% done with my video after 4 days of editing. Im really digging this concept, and am having a blast editing the vid (though the threat of running out of usable clips looms ever closer), so expect somthing tangeble in 7 days at the most.
Beo is also working on 2 new videos, 1 is about 80% done, the other (which he started today) shoudl be done in a day or two (just my rough estimations, please dont take it as law). This new one of his is definatly off the beaten path, but amazing none the less. Keep your ears to the ground for both of our realeses soon ^_^
And, for all those who may be attending Ushicon (that I dont speak with on a regular basis), both myself and Beowulf will be attending, and we will both have a very limited supply of special HypeOdermic Collectors CDs, featuring all of our vids as well as all 5 of the un official Iron Chef battle Ive taken place in (these have nothing to do with the big AWA contest, just a friendly competition amongst friends).
You cant find some of these vids anywhere else, so if you would like them, please just come up to us and say hi! We would love to talk to yah regardless.
We will be hanging out all about the con, and you can for sure find us at the advanced AMV panel, where we will be lecturing along with Machine, Fluxmeister and Adiamante. If you need to know what we look like, you can always find pics in the Con Pics section of our site.

I havnt said anything in my journal for qhat feels like quite some time.
Well, lets start off with the hosting issues.
HypeO currently has only 2 videos for download (my Appetite for Dynamite, and Beowulf's Natural Born Killers), due to our old video host going the way of the do-do.
I am however, looking to purchase a shiny new Rack Shack account for the rest of our videos and videos to come. If this is going to happen, it will happen moderatly soon, so please bare with us ^_^
Ive also been playing alot of Counterstrike at Random Variable Productions Clan RV server (www.clanrv.com). If you play CS, you should come swing by and play with us ^_^
On the AMV front, I have just finished ripping and will begin editing today on my new project. I have temporarily put my other drama video on hold untill I can muster up some more hard drive space (tis the season though, so I may treat myself to a brand new H/D rather soon here). Im realy excited about this new project, as I beleve it'll be a ton of fun to make.
Well....... Im trying to think of anything else that I have missed....
Oh yeah, as of 12-01-02, I was given my full time promotion at the Fire Department I work for. This means pretty damn good salery, full benifits, 401k, and now the ability to retire making 85% of my salery when I retire at the age of 40. Woohoo.
Im thrilled about this, but it does some what dampen my abilitys to edit like I used, as I now work for 24 hours, then go home for 48. While this sounds grande in theory, 24 of my 48 hours off is spent recuperating from the shift, and only about 8 hours of the next day are spent awake, so really, its not lot of free time. Still, Ill manage, and its well worth it ^_^
I cant beleve you guys are still reading this. lol, well, Im done.

Egads, 107 hits on our Fluxy's birthday present vid today alone!! What the hell have I done!! Ah well, I haven't gotten hate mail yet (waits for MJ's e-mail to arrive) so I guess some of you out there are enjoying it lol.
Well, just figured Id stop by and post in my journal. I've been writing the final 5 essays needed for me promotion application at the Fire Department I work for, which has caused my eyes to bleed with a mixture of abject boredom and no-nonsense terror (I always get nervous when anything I produce or can do gets evaluated.. lol, you should see me at an AMV competition, I only TELL everyone I have something in my eyes).
Ah well, life has its way of sorting things out, so whatever happens happens.
What is really killing me is that I am competing against 5 of my close friends for this position, men I have gone through academies and risked my life with countless times, which really breaks my heart (in a purely masculine sense ^_~), but I know if I don't make it, my disappointment will be overshadowed with my pride and happiness for the friend that makes the cut, and if *knocks on wood* I happen to make the cut, I hope they wont wish ill upon me.
Oh well, I guess we will just see what happens.

Well, I am participating in a 1 hour AMV battle with Saiyan Triple Strike's Taskmasta today, and I have no idea what Im gonna do. Oh well, guess its time to hit the mp3 collection and see if anything pops out. Wish me luck ^_^
