My latest creation was uploaded an hour ago, no downloads so far. Certainly no ops. It's the waiting that's the worst part. I like it, but that's usually a bad sign (I didn't like the last one, and it's now my highest rated vid)
Of course the biggest problem is using live recordings. They never sound right.
Ah well, if your one of the 5 who've looked at my journal, or a new reader, check out my AMVs. Well, the good ones anyway. I'd appreciate it if people would stop looking at "That's Noir". I know I have. -

Clearly I was very depressed yesterday. (Usually the way during beta testing) I didn't intend to imply that anyone was an idiot for liking my early work (Apart from "That's Noir" which I freely admit is a pile of crap)
The first beta test came back with the result of "Idunno" which helped me a lot, as you can imagine. If I get a similar result from 'Kami-san' I guess I'll upload it tomorrow.
Now to get back to the free ops I promised in the forums. -

Today I sent my latest AMV to a pair of friends to get first immpressions, ready to upload here on Friday.
I'm depressed to discover that the highest rated AMV I've uploaaded is my first one. This means I've been going downhill from there, or possibly that you people have no taste. Yes that's it you're all idiots!
Of course one of my beta testers claims to agree with the ratings, but I suspects he just wants to upset me. Ah well, I can always kill myself. -

Well, my computer is fixed and running better than ever. however I don't have any time to work on my AMV due to all the chores I failed to do over the weekend (my unexpected absense is catching up with me) I've almost reached the stage where I've forgotten the some of the words to the song I'm using.
Good lord I hate my computer when it brakes.
On the bright side budgeting for repairs has shown me that I can afford to donate to www.animemusicvideos.org so it's not all bad. I don't feel so guilty any more :). -

I had planned to put the finishing touches to my Trigun AMV this weekend ready to premiere it on Wednesday.
But first I chose to upgrade my computer by adding an extra 512Mb of memory to my less than spectacular 256. I allowed an amateur, all be it a talented amateur I trusted, to fit the new memory... backwards as it turned out. A bang a strong smell of burning later I need a new motherboard.
On the bright side, the guy whose fixing the problem has a broadband connection so if he gets it working again I'll be able to download more AMVs than I can watch. And upload the rest of my back catalogue.
But, damn I feel naked without a computer.
