Revisiting my musical past

When I was a pop whore, I bought a crap load of music. I still love a lot of it. Early 90s pop is so different from current pop, and the difference makes me cringe. Here I am listening to Toad the Wet Sprocket... I still love a lot of this. And now, reading the first title, I remember how I used to constantly misinterpret songs. I used to think Fly From Heaven was about a fly that lived in heaven. |: Such good memories. Now lyrics.

Well, I applied for uber job today. They were getting lots of applicants, but I'm sure they need lots of workers. Those kinds of places always need help. So, looking at the competition, I'm not too hopeful. However I was at least able to put down the name of the guy who referred me, so I'm hoping that will count for something. And, at the very least, my brother also has a shot at this job. And if he gets it, I know he'll help me pay off my debts quickly.
Also called the hospital, and they'll be sending me some sort of form to fill out to help with the bill. And I will start paying very soon, just 10% of the bill monthly.
Now to call the cashier's office at U of Iowa.
Until then, I have to decide what I want to start reading to get me hooked on reading again. Recommendations would be appreciated.
