I will also try to contact Nitro Sama over AIM to receive a few of his videos.
I may change my mind about reviewing some of these videos, since I often just don't get around to doing some of them. I promise that the *-ed AMVs will get done.
The big surge in Bebop videos is due to my completion of watching the series (as you can see in my last entry) ^_^
Please try to be patient with me--I do realize that I am a procrastinator. ^_^

Awesome Anime
2002-10-20 23:06:04
I just finished watching Grave of the Fireflies. It was so sad! :( *sniff* It was an awesome movie, though. Very cute, emotional, and really, really sad.
What else have I recently watched?... BEBOP!! I love that series, just finished watching it recently, and plan on getting it for Christmas. At first, I thought Cowboy Bebop was too slow-paced and it didn't really click for me when I watched the first episode (this was before I was really into anime, if I can imagine that now^_^). But a long while later, I downloaded it off KaZaA again and I decided I liked it. So, I downloaded more and more, and now I'm hooked. It has so much stlye, and Spike is so cool! I'm probably going to get impatient and buy a few of the DVDs before Christmas. Probably the first and last ones, and maybe the 4th. My fav episodes are 17 (Mushroom Samba), 22 (Cowboy Funk), and of course the last one. That ending was... whoa. Powerful. And so sad :( I loved it.
I love anime ^_^ I'm so glad everyone on this site brought me back into it. I thank you all very much. ^_^
I hope no one cares that I download anime before I buy it... it just makes sense to me to do that. If I really like something, I always end up buying it afterwards.

New Trigun Idea
2002-10-04 20:19:01
After looking back at my Trigun AMV which I've created a month ago, I've realized something: I hate it. There's absolutely no concept, and it does not show Vash's character whatsoever. So, here's the new idea:
Title: "Sound Life" (or something like that)
Music: Edwin - Alive
Footage: Trigun
Category: Drama, Romance, Sentimental, Character Profile
I'm planning on making it about Vash and his love for Rem, and new love for Meryl. Since they all cherish life so much, once I heard this song I thought it suited Trigun perfectly. I would like to create a drama video for a change. And thank goodness no one's used this artist or song before.
I don't know if I'm acually going to do this video or not. I'm probably going to do it in place of "Cotton Eye Vash", which I've partialy completed and which was about a more comical relationship between Vash and Meryl. I stopped making it a long time ago from lack of ideas, so know I think I'll do "Sound Life" instead.
I'm also starting a comedy video, in association with my sister (Silver Moon, Dark Moon Studios). It's going to be a lot of fun. ^_^ Should be starting it this weekend. I'll give more detail on it later.

First Day of School (2002)
2002-09-04 00:21:50
Yep, today was the first day of Grade 10 for me. It was a short day, only 2 hours of school. I have such a hard first term this year... I'm gonna have so much homework all the time! :(
Good news (for me, anyway): Situation's almost done. It's like 99% percent complete, except for maybe fixing a few more little things and then fiddling around with video/audio compression and all of that. I'm not sure when I'll be releasing it on the Internet, because I need to see if I can find a better host for it first. I do have a few in mind, though, so it shouldn't be too much of a problem... *famous last words* ^_^ I'm glad it's basically done because I am getting SO sick of that stupid song! Anyway, I hope other people will like this video because I'm not quite sure what to think of it myself...
Anyway, after Situation's done, I get to start on my next project. I have a very strange feeling this next project is going to be such a pain in the neck to create it'll me make me question my sanity... it's going to take me forever, probably over a span of like, a year... so no one's going to be hearing much about it until then... and I don't want to talk much about it either because I might give it up partway through or something like that. So I think I'll keep this one to myself for now. ^_^
