i've now been on the phone with some pissy manager for 17 minutes.
heres how the entire 17 minutes have gone so far:
him: no. it no work. it frozen
me: i'm looking at it. it seems fine
him: but it frozen *is doing work on the computer*
me: but you're working in it right now. it's not frozen
him: but it frozen. it no work *is STILL doing work*
me: its fine. i'm looking at it. your doing work
him: can you reset? it frozen
me: it's just running a little bit slow (it's not even THAT slow)
