Battle athletes ^_^ and more...

WOW i just watched one of the most inspirational anime ever ^_^, its called Battle Athletes Victory (i watched the whole TV series all day since 11 am). Oh man i couldn't believe what i saw... there was so much to it. Each character had a full load of personality to them, i haven't really seen this in anything since Final Fantasy 6 (FF3 in the U.S.) and that is why ff6 is best game ever invented in my opinion. I cried so freakin much during a lot of the drama (im so darn sensitive), now i understand what compelled Kevin Caldwell to make his "Believe" video, soon i'll have to make a video to Battle Athletes ^_^. I am such a slacker and after watching this i feel completely motivated to get a lot of things that i've put off (i mean shuff i should have done before May). I don't know how long this motivation will last and worst of all i don't know where to start spending it. I'll figure something out.
since i kinda locked myself in my room all day today watching Battle Athletes, i wasn't informed that my mother started working on my costume. Thanks mom, i really appreciate it ^_^. she had to run some errands so when she gets back i'll be ready to help her continue the costume.
once agian where the heck should i start, i gotta find something...

this whole weekend has been really nothing but hard labor work, but hey its money in my pocket and the gov't doesn't see a cent *hush hush* ^_^. This "signs the pact" of me going to Otakon and to anime expo New York, woohoo ^_^.
been watching anime and lots of it...
most recent is battle athletes, must see more, just saw the OAV moving onto TV series. looking for seens to add to my video
who is Justin?...
he is an awesome guy who i meet through Steve (ForeverSakura), whose parents are giving me money. He is also 1 of the 5 of us in our main studio name (studio consists of me, Steve, Matt, Jenni, and Justin although we all have separate studio names, we kinda branch of this one, it ties us together ^_^). I've gotten to hang out with him a lot lately and he is really cool.
wow, i need to get going BA is calling and so are my Enchilottas (*i can't spell), or should i say mexican food ^_^

hackers and techno music

My most favorite movie in the world would have to be... Army of Darkness with Bruce Campbell ^_^. Followed very closely by Hackers. This movie is awesome, so to cheer myself up i went and rented from the local video store. I need a copy of this movie on DVD. if i had money, i'd have it ^_^. Ahh being a computer science major, i love computers, also i want to be a hacker. no not like those in the movie, the term HACKER has been stripped away from its original meaning. But even though this movie helped the media corrupt the good name of hacker, i like this movie. Also i love techno music, my ID for amv is teknoboy, and the soundtrack is full of it.
This is where i become a fanboy, props to Omnistrata and ErMac (even if you don't read this) because you both enjoy this genre of music as well.
My favorite kind of techno being Happy Hardcore (lots of DDR songs fall into this area), followed by Drum & Bass, with third being Trance. Although i listen to all the kinds of techno those are the kinds i prefer to hear ^_^. I have not done a video to any techno song yet, because (yes steve i found a weakness) i am afraid that the video would utterly suck. so i've shied away, maybe i'll pick one up soon. i have a good bit of ideas but am afraid to implement them.
Anyway i just want all of you get download the soundtrack and listen to it, its awesome, and if you haven't seen the movie, go rent/buy it.

Yesterday first...
got up at around 11 am, grabbed steve(ForeverSakura), took him to get his package at the post office, then went about 20 minutes south to Frederick, MD so we can pick up his Hellsing dvds that he left at work. Then went to a clinic so i can take my drug test so i can become officially employed next week at my old job ^_^. Then we got back to steve's and waited for Matt(slander80) to come over so he and steve couyld play some warhammer. Steve won the battle, to be expected as always, with his High Elf army. That's about it for that day.
Today....
I get another phone call from my employer and they were like, "sorry James, but we can't hire you because we are about to fire/lay off some of the workers are here, but you are first on our list when we start to rehire" NOOOOOOOOO WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO ME. aM I REALLY A FREAKIN PUPPET FOR YOU TO USE AS YOU WILL, AM I NOT HUMAN!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY DID YOU CALL ME MONDAY IF YOU WERE ABOUT TO DO THIS, I GOT MY TEST AND NOW YOU TELL ME NO... AGAIN!!!!!!!
Im about to lose my sanity, i think i need to start a fund in my name so i can go to conventions. I am going to Otakon now regardless of what comes up, but not so sure about AX NY, or Nekocon. This is horrible. i am also starting a "shit" list with names of all the employers that turned me down. they will pay... (Ok im just kidding, don't take that last comment serious, i could ever kill anyone unless it was to protect my life). I guess this means that i get to work on another video that i can't get hosted til after Otakon, and now im poor...

yesterday and great things happened today...

Well, about yesterday...
I couldn't freakin sleep so around 5:30 am, i rose out of bed after lying there trying to sleep after my last journal entry, i decided to paint my Squig hoppa for the races that we are gonna run. I decided to go with an albino look and it turned out really cool, steve (Foreversakura) says it looks like Jaws the great white speilburg shark. Lots of red blood around the mouth, maybe that gave you your nightmare steve ^_^. Then finally fell asleep at 7:30 am and got right back up at 10:00 am to get stuff done and get to Steve's house to go to Starland and Fudruckers. I never have any money we go but i saw the coolest thing in the world there... a Cho Hakkai action figure. It was beautifully sculped, i was in love ^_^, i feel like a school girl on her first date with the most popular guy in school, cept for im a guy!!!! How messed up is that!!!! ^_^. couldn't buy it $36.00, ouch!!!! Then we went to Fudruckers and ate, it was really good. mmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Today...
I got woken up by steve this morning calling to go send out a package to his girlfriend, sorry steve but i was tired so i kinda blew you off, but i promise tomorrow we will send it. then i went back to sleep, kinda making up for the other morning of 2 and 1/2 hrs of sleep. Got woken up at 2pm with a phone call from my last employer. It was completely unexpected... but they offered me another job. Funny thing is taht like 2 or 3 weeks ago they told me that they didn't want me back, for reasons unknown to me, no one ever told me that they had a problem with me. so i tell them i can be there in one hour to fill out stuff. I get there and she tells me if i get a urinalysis (drug test) by tomorrow they can have me on payroll by nest week. Im like sweet, i need money ^_^. Then at 5:30pm i coax my mother into going with me to get stuff for my costume (Cho Hakkai from Gensomaden Saiyuki). We needed a good picture which of course i thought i had, but didn't, so we make a stop at Matt's (Slander80) House to get the dvd case with a nice picure on it, thanks Matt sorry to interrupt your "screw everyone and i do is edit day." We bought all the material, she's gonna teach me how top make the costume, something i feel i should know how to do, all i need are shoes and the 3 pieces of metal to bend onto my ear for my Youkai limiter. What a great day ^_^.
Still have started editing yet, need to capture more, its an addiction... no an obsession. I want to have everything before i start so i don't have to stop, so much footage to go through, ARGHHHHHH!!!!
Starting a Werewolf: The Apocalypse game with matt. No one else around here know how to have fun with rpgs except us two i guess, cause no one wants to play, we all i have to say is screw you all ^_^ we'll have our own fun.
oh yeah steve, i started Steam Detectives, the first couple, ok maybe the first 5, episodes are slow and dumb, but at the end of the first dvd, episode #9, im getting into it. The subbing is awful, but i can get through it hopefully.
