Another anime finished......

I can't believe how much I neglect some anime titles. I got to finally finish renting the Vision of Escaflowne series. I had gotten bored after buying the first three discs, but the story really gets a kick later. I now have to wait for the movie to be out on DVD. I could see it in theaters, but I don't like dubs much unless if they're done well. Yoko Kanno proved herself to be a genius music composer, once again.
Besides that, nothing much happened today. I made a few more edits to the vid, but I feel that its reaching its end. I simply need to find one more clip to add into a 3 second slot and I'll be done. Unless if I get help from professionals at this stuff, I can't think up of much more to do with it. Besides, I need to move on and get to some other MV ideas. - Ah, feels good to relax... 2002-04-13 20:16:13 After having a long week of finishing a project, studying for midterms, and actually taking the xams, I feel quite relaxed. I attended the ADP yesterday, though I must say it wasn't as great as I expected it to be. some of the shows seemed to drag yesterday, though there were some interesting moments during the whole session itself. During the dinner break, I decided to pass by the bookstore, and ended up finding a book called "Good Omens." Now the fact that it had several good reviews on its covers and a staff reccomendation caught my attention well. Once I read one of the reviews comparing it to "Monty Python", I then knew I had to buy it ^_^. I've been reading it since last night, and it's been quite funny. A new way to look at the Apocalypse. Haven't done all too much other than that. I've been trying to find a few ways to edit my video and improve it, but it seems almost completely finished in my view. I can't really improve upon it since I'm pretty much fresh out of ideas, and frankly, I simply want to release it to the AMV public. I'm not quite sure what I'll do, but hopefully, I'll be able to make any final edits and have it released by the end of next week at latest.
- Last Midterms....Boo......ADP.....hooray..... 2002-04-12 07:45:11 I'm taking my final three midterms today, although I'm only worried about one particular class, which would be Advanced Topics in Math. I studied pretty hard last night, however, the teacher tends to surprise us with the questions she gives on tests and quizzes. I truly need a good grade on this test. Only 4 hours and 15 minutes until I'm out of this hell hole. After school I won't be doing much, but tonight, the ADP finally comes back on for the spring quarter. Can't wait...

I've been having a crappy cold since this morning (damn Seattle weather), and work wasn't exactly exciting, but it's been a pretty ok day. I purchased and watched Love Hina #1 on DVD, and I must say that it is a pretty good series so far. Funny, yet a storyline that a person can identify with, in a way that it is realitic (.....or not....). My friend Raven reviewed the firstdraft vid, and complimented me, made one simple suggestion which I am working on correcting about the video. Superimposed titles will become a part of it.
Random statement: Robert Frost and Langston Hughes are good Poets. I need to read more of their work.... -

It's 3 in the morniing, and I have no idea what I'm doing up this late (or early depending how you see it). I've been watching my first draft video clip over and over, carefully analyzing what I could do to iprove the video without having to dramatically change much. I created a bit better timing to scenes near the end of the vid, but I have yet to show this clip to my friend Raven for criticism. The biggest problems I see in this vid are the somewhat unseen change between a humorous vid to a serious, and back to humorous in the last few seconds, as well as the amount of plainly random scenes in the first minute of the vid. Again, feedback will be needed before I continue changing anything big.
Onto another subject. Nothing much has been happening in the past few days. Simply eating, running a few errands, and working on a school project (I won't even mention what it's for) thats due on monday. Perhaps the only greatly exciting thing for me today (or yesterday, rather), was getting the Rurouni Kenshin Seisouhen (last half) I had ordered in the mail. I enjoyed it thoroughly, yet I also see very well why this OVA provides controversy amongst fans, especially on the internet. Not gonna start ranting on it now....
Dear God, I need sleep.....
