Neon Genesis Evangelion

Well, tonight I watched for the first time ever, Neon Genesis Evangelion. I guess that's why I most people that watch anime think that AngelCross come from Evangelion.
It seems like an interesting series so far.
Now that I've seen Evangelion, and noticing the correlation between that and my production name, it is only natural that my next AMV will be Neon Genesis Evangelion...
I'll be on it as soon as I finish the series and find a good song for it. -

NEW AMV PROJECT UNDERWAY... details concealed until the AMV is done. As long as I keep up at it, i'll be done in maybe less than a month. It'll be my very first AMV that uses an anime series that isn't DBZ.

Well here I am, halfway through my first semester of college. I'm currently residing at Georgia Tech and actually missed the AWA, *sigh*. I have absolute no hard drive space left (after swiftly taking out 150 gigs) and will be getting several new hard drives before I venture fouth into finally making a new music video. No details yet though, it'll be a surprise... maybe a Christmas gift if I'm lucky.

Yes... the profile is finally updated! LoL. In the midsts of high school graduation, I have remembered my old login name at this website. Umm.. Well I finally got my own premium webspace, and hopefully I'll upload my old anime music videos up there. If anyone's curious, I'm heading to Georgia Tech to take up computer engineering. Hopefully I'll make some time to pay more attention to AMV making...
Upon the knowledge of my video editing skills at my school, I was persuaded to volunteer to make music videos for my school's sport teams and events. So that's where I've been for the past 2 years or however long it was.
I built a new computer this time around for the college years... so if I make anymore AMVs, it'll be on this sweet baby... ^_^

And so I shall say hello to everyone that is reading this profile at this moment.
Some general facts for the ever so curious ones...
- 17 yrs old
- Started doing AMVs 2001
- My first AMV I ever saw was by DBZ3D
- First AMV made was "Breaking the Edge"
- 'AngelCross' is derived from FFVII and Chrono Cross
I actually ended up doing the AMV because I was recording DBZ episodes of the Cell Games for later viewing since I'd miss some episodes because of homework (bleh). Then I remembered watching "Dracula 2K" and that really cool song they played at the beginning. It was a rainy Friday night and I simply put 2+2 together. Little did I know that Linkin Park was widely used as music for an AMV, but I still liked the end result nevertheless. Worked on the video Friday night till 3am, woke up 8am and finished the video. It was a fun experience, not to mention 'very' tiring. So it pretty much jumpstarted my AMV "career" on a rainy Friday night.
My 3 reasons to why I like making AMVs
- Polish video editing experience
- Recognition (Internet/Home/School)
- Make great presents (for the ladies) whenever I'm low on the $$ ^_^
Perhaps for anyone that's applying for college, making AMVs and winning awards at cons would greatly help out in that application. Just an awkward suggestion. The college I would like to get into is MIT, even though I'm not getting in anyway ^_^, I'd like to major in computer/electrical engineering.

My Goddess OAV and the movie, made an anime music video... So many things, so little time. For now, I'll be taking a break from my miscellaneous doings and try to get some college stuff done, lol.

New AMV project underway. After a night of working on it, it is so far 1/10 complete... yay. It is official though. I'll be having a new AMV posted sometime soon once I get it done, hopefully it'll be one of my more ambitious videos than most that I've made.
The details will be concealed until the AMV is done. It'll be my very first anime oriented non-DBZ music video.
