Well the telephone company disconnected me over the course of the week for being kinda late in paying my bill... I guess these things happen.
So I've missed a few days online... 30 new email messages... Oh shit.
Well look at that, I've been promoted to head of misc screening (the room that isn't supposed to exist)
AD: If you're still going ahead with the 30x30 thing I've got a video coming along... (but I have no idea what the song is... "From out of the darkness the zombie did call?") I'll figurew it out. -

That's right my feet are cold... I should try to get some of those shoes with the wool on the inside, I forget what they're called now.
My new bumper is coming along well. But it still looks very flat in parts... I might add a few random-noise-clouds in the other layers.
The AV connection committee meeting is tomorrow... I need to think of the best way to do an "AMV workshop"... Here are some ideas I'm thinking of...
Idea 1. Make a video entitled Successful Experiments in Video edting, but make quite long.
Idea 2. Pre-made video concept. Using a projector, work on and make a video as a group. Hopefully getting it done in time.
Idea 3. Resign from the position of AMV head and never go to another AJAS meeting again. -

Well the new forum is fine and all, I'm trying to teach myself CSS. However navigation is taking a while... Oh well I can't really complain now can I.

AV CONnection promo went really well.
My Mum came back from Jakarta with a lot of VCDs, assuming that that was what the people in Jakarta called DVDs... To which I reply, Mum you could have called me. VCD in most cases is utterly useless. See this is DVD: Nice and high resolution and Bitrate... This is VCD: MPEG1 never looked so bad.
All she picked up was a couple of movies with "some odd language Indonesian I would guess" subtitles... I just can't something with subs but not be able to read them... All these years of watching subs a AJAS have finally caught up with me...
Speaking of subs I bought the first Ah My Goddess DVD yesterday...
Picks it up puts it in and listens to eng dub...
Woo-hoo Spike Spencer does not play the voice of Keiichi, Very good thing.
Problem, the eng dub in general is so bad I still wouldn't use it even if I were blind.
